To Whom it May Concern,

It is with great honor that I have the opportunity to recommend Brienna Chavez. I had the pleasure
of observing Brienna’s learning 2 years ago as her teacher for English 2 Honors. She was a joy to
have in class; she has a fun, bubbly personality and is incredibly witty.

Brienna is absolutely one of a kind. She gets along with peers incredibly well and is quick to
volunteer in class. She also has played both JV and Varsity Water Polo and was awarded Gaucho of
the week her sophomore year!

Her 3.73 grade point average speaks to her desire to be great academically, but I have seen her shine
outside the classroom, as well. She has volunteered for such organizations as the Boys and Girls
Club, Meals for Seniors, and has participated in our campus’ blood drive.

I am positive that Brienna will be successful as she pursues her career in the medical field as an
X-ray tech. I also know she will be a positive influence on those around her wherever she goes! It
has been a privilege to know her and I’m a bit sad to see her go. If you have any questions, please
