EVANGELISM
• Vote community outreach program
There will be a community outreach program in the commune of BLATA on the
Football field 11th November 2022.
Objectif:
1. food bags and clothing giveaways to the need.
2. Carry out an opinion poll to voluntaries to propose visitation, prayer, bible
study, etc…

Bro. D BASTIN will host the evangelistic camp meeting in November

Due to the reluctant work of the constructor the decoration pole department has
decided to extend a two-week target date to the one in charge to finish the work for
the external shades.

If the work can’t be done during the target date the bothers of the church will carry
out task.

Remark:
o Sis Craig. K doesn’t participate locally in youth programs due to this she
shouldn’t represent the youth department of the church in foreign lands.

o She shouldn’t be spot above the youth leaders of the church.

Date: 16th -18th December
Guest from France and Martinique will be the event special invitees.

NB:
The responsible of the children department is going to inform the board of name(s) of
child/children who would be participating.
The delegates of the Guyane Française will have an additional date for touristic
excursion.

RJV
Vote financial aid
Each month the church will place an envelope of 100 € to finically support the radio
station.
On 11th March 2023 a special offering would be collect in each church throughout
the territory in support to RJV finical crisis.

Marriage ceremony
From the 30th of Oct - 2nd Nov 2022 all unwed, single, engage and non-Adventist
age 18 and above are invited to participate.
Participation price: 30€ meal & materials included

Glimmer of hope
the church is dedicated to feeding the poor and the hungry around the neighbourhood,
empowering the church, and sharing hope that comes through Jesus Christ. On this
though the well-fear department of the mission is organizing a food collect campaign
on the 6th of November 2022 at the entrance of various supermarket.

The redistribution of these food items is schedule for the 17th of November to various
zones in the department.
Financial gathering
A responsible from the head of state will come to look up the entire church account.
Church members can assist but only those in this field are allowed to ask questions.
