Applications are invited from eligible candidates for contractual faculty positions (Assistant Professor) in
related department of the University as per UGC/AICTE/PCI qualifications. The appointment will be

The Contractual Faculty will be engaged on full time basis under the U.P. government order no-
226/lRrj&2&220&18(31)/2018 Dated- March 13, 2020, Governor Secretariat letter No-
bZ&3019@31&th0,l0@2020, Dated:- May 18, 2021 and Governor Secretariat letter No-
bZ&5862@th0,l0, Dated:- September 03, 2021. The engagement will be on purely Contractual Basis,
no claim for regular appointment shall be entertained by the University at any Stage. Reservation shall
be applicable as per U.P. State Govt. rules and honorarium will be paid as per university rules. The

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICANTS

1. Candidate can fill online application form available on university website
http://www.dbrau.ac.in/.
2. Last Date for submission of online Application upto 07.04.2024.
3. Deposit the fee category wise as per the instruction given in the application. the
prescribed fee as follows:-
 Unreserved/Other Backward Classes- Rs. 1,500/-- per application form
 Economically Weaker Sections- Rs. 1,000/-- per application form
 SC/ST- Rs. 500/-- per application form
Note- fee will not be refunded in any case
4. Candidates after submitting their applications through online shall send self attested
photo copies of their all academic/required documents regarding their claims along with
printout of online form till 16.04.2024 on 05:00 PM through Registered/Speed Post only
in the office of Registrar (Residential Wing), Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University Agra
(U.P.) 282004. For this purpose Performa of Address Slip is as below:-

5. The envelope should be of A-4 size. In case of applying for more than one post
candidates must deposit fee for each post and send their application form along with
document in a separate envelope.
6. The University reserves the right to:
 Withdraw any advertised post(s) at any time without assigning any reason thereof.
 Not to fill up any of the advertised positions.
 Increase or decrease the number of posts.
7. The requirement of teachers in SFS shall be under contract till the course will run and
terms and conditions of the contract shall be applicable.
8. The minimum essential qualification for the posts in Engineering and Pharmaceutical
Sciences discipline shall be as laid down in the latest AICTE/PCI regulation in other
courses as per UGC Regulations-2018 and U.P. Govt. rules
9. Candidates are requested to carefully read the General Information & Instructions

10. The Candidates are also advised to visit the university website periodically for further
information and updates related to the recruitment process.
11. Application, incomplete in any respect and without relevant
Certificates/Documents/Photographs/Orders, as desired or without requisite Fee will be
rejected.
12. Candidate applying for more than one position shall apply separately and must submit
applications fee for each application.
13. The reservation for the posts will be as per as the U.P.State Govt.norms.
14. SC/ST/OBC (Non-creamy Layer) candidates must enclose the copy of the Caste
Certificate/Income Certificate on prescribed Format of the Government of U.P., duly
issued by the Competent Authority.
15. EWS candidates are required to submit a certificate in prescribed format of the
Government of U.P., duly issued by the Competent Authority.
16. A candidate already in employment is required to submit the 'No Objection Certificate'
at the time of submitting application form or at the time of interview.
17. Experience and Qualifications will be reckoned as on the last date of submission of
application form.
18. No T.A/D.A shall be paid for attending the interview.
19. No claim for regular appointment/regularization shall be entertained at any stage.
20. No 'Interim Correspondence' shall be entertained.
