MAKING THE
FUTURE OUR
PRIORITY
As a property developer, YTL Land has always set its sights firmly
on the future, while managing the needs and trends of the present.
We embrace the challenge of meeting and exceeding the current
and future needs of modern home seekers, investing as much
thought and passion in sustainable home designs that maximise
adaptability and elevate the quality of life without compromising
on aesthetics and durability.

anticipate the changing dynamics of your family as time passes.
A sustainable home will grow with your family; offering a long-
term source of comfort, responding to the needs of elderly
members and adapting to lifestyle changes as you move into
retirement. It anticipates shifting priorities with the provision of
additional room, which operates as multi-functional space to
accommodate changes in family size, study and work options,
as well as various leisure interests.

DANAU PUCHONG
It is this very same ideology that has inspired YTL Land to create
another exceptional lifestyle opportunity at our latest waterfront
project, Danau Puchong. Borrowing a page from YTL Land’s
experience in transforming communities, Danau Puchong and
its offerings are reminiscent of the idyllic setting found in the
award-winning master-planned community of Lake Edge, which
is just a short walk away. Set beside a scenic lake close to the
vibrant heart of Puchong, Danau Puchong is a low-density high-
rise development that offers the best of modern living standards
in a tranquil environment where residents find both peace and
pleasure to escape the hectic pace of urban life.
Danau Puchong takes full advantage of its lakeside location, offering panoramic
views from comfortable green nooks, such as this rooftop terrace.
5
Pairing contemporary high-rise living with a tranquil waterside environment,
the development brings a calmer pace to modern urban life.
6
The strategic location of Danau Puchong enjoys easy access to
all parts of the Klang Valley via interconnected highway links
and two LRT stations in the vicinity. It is minutes from the Pusat
Bandar Puchong township, as well as premium healthcare,
shopping, dining and entertainment centres. The location
is complemented by the added convenience of schools and
universities nearby, including a new Chinese primary school
within a stone’s throw which is slated to open in Q1/2024.

Planned for launch in the first quarter of 2024,
Dedaun Rimba continues YTL Land’s tradition
of delivering elevated living standards and
ecologically sustainable designs that represent
enduring value well into the future.
At Dedaun Rimba, homes and interconnected green spaces are harmoniously integrated
within the development to provide an escape to nature’s serenity.
9
Featured in modern architecture and contemporary design,
the 3-storey link houses and 1 ½-storey townhouses at Dedaun
Rimba take into consideration the versatility of generous space
in the homes to accommodate changes in priorities and lifestyle
preferences over time.
The master bedroom and a family living area share the expansive
space of the first floor. The master bedroom is visually connected
to the central park with sliding glass doors easing the flow
between the indoors and the outdoors. The family area, a multi-
functional space, affords excellent flexibility for family pastimes,
or as a home office for residents in the work-from-home mode.
10
Wake up to serene surroundings and the melody of birds, as each space
at home is designed to connect you with nature.
11
Designed with the environment and sustainability in mind, interior
living spaces are seamlessly extended beyond tall sliding doors
and large windows to embrace views of the lush landscaping
whilst inviting abundant daylight and fresh air. Linear and central
parks envelop the entire development, encouraging morning jogs
and evening strolls, while a clubhouse with a gymnasium and
infinity-edge pool serves more active leisure pursuits.

As the brand-new venue partner for Tatler Dining’s “Off Menu
2023” fine dining extravaganza, Sentul Depot was transformed
into a festive kitchen and dining space, which was easily achieved
at a venue vast enough to host a rock concert.
Off Menu 2023 saw the pairing of 10 talents from Malaysia and
Singapore, to showcase their skills and creative finesse under one
roof. The exchange of ideas and experiences led to the creation
of dishes that had never been seen before and were only made
available during the three-day festival, living up to the moniker of
the occasion—“Off Menu”.
16
Sentul Depot’s colonial-era railway workshops which have now
been preserved and repurposed into a lifestyle hub provided
a dramatic setting for the showcase of celebrated chefs from
the two countries and their culinary creations. This adds to the
wide repertoire of events including concerts, product launches,
weddings, fashion shows, corporate functions, arts & culture
festivals and even sports and outdoor adventure events that
have been held at the venue, which is fast becoming KL’s most
captivating and trendiest event space.
