What strategies did you do to improve the resilience and lower the impact of COVID-19 pandemic
to your personnel?

- Adherence to minimum standard health protocols


- Staying healthy, eating nutritious food and stay hydrated
-Wearing of Personal Protective equipment during response.
- Washing of hands every and after doing task.
- All forms of fire prevention activities that would otherwise involve physical contact with the public and
encourage mass gathering shall be refrained except fire safety inspection.
- distribution of leaflets or any material is not allowed.
- Drills and training of fire brigades, volunteer organizations and other similar simulations are still not
allowed.
- Fire prevention seminars shall be done through digital conferencing platforms.
- Every after response, disinfection of ambulance equipment and supplies.

2. What are the available mental health services the personnel in your AOR had during the COVID-19
pandemic?

- Moral and Recovery through Bible Sharing


- Conduct of After Run/Response meeting/ Stress debriefing

3. What are the bases for the strategies you did for your personnel?

- Memorandum from BFP Higher Offices on Precautions to Fire Prevention Activities due to increasing
COVID-19 cases
- BFP EMS Protocol for medical and trauma response re: NCOV-19
- IATF-EID Policy guidelines in the City of Baguio.

4. What are the bases for the mental health services your personnel had?

- BFP- Back to Basic Program and Standard Daily Systematic Activities

5. In the event that the personnel from your AOR cannot cope up with the stresses brought by the
impact of COVID-19 and hinders him/her in performing his/her work, what steps will you do?

- Provide Moral Support


- Conduct of Stress debriefing
- Refer to Counseling
