DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

Product: WHITE/BROWN PAPER CARRIER BAG WITH TWISTED OR FLAT HANDLES

INNOVACIONES SUBBÉTICA, S.L. declares that:

 The product complies with the following regulations regarding direct or indirect contact with
food:
 Regulation (EC) 1935/2004, its amendments and all the regulations
developing it.
 German BfR XXXVI Recommendation (version 4/1/2022).
 Resolution AP (2021) of the European Council.

 The materials have been manufactured in accordance with good manufacturing practices as set
out in Regulation (EC) 2023/2006.
 The sum of the concentration of heavy metals: lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent
chromium in the supplied product is not greater by weight than 100 p.p.m., according to
Directive 94/62/EC and Directive 2004/12/EC on Packaging and Packaging Waste and the
regulations developing it.
 The products comply with regulation 1907/2006 on registration, evaluation, authorization and
restriction of chemical substances and preparations (REACH).
 In the transformation and production of food bags, all current health regulations are followed,
and the company is registered in the General Sanitary Registry of Food Businesses and Foods
with number 39.005350/CO

Applications:
This product is designed to be in occasional contact with any type of dry food without fat on the
surface, as long as the provisions of Regulation (EC) 2023/2006 on good manufacturing practices for
materials and objects intended to come into contact with food are observed, especially with regard to
the fact that printed surfaces must not come into direct contact with food.

Terms of use:
The material must be stored in a cool, dry place, where there are no significant variations in
temperature and relative humidity.
Direct exposure to the sun may cause changes in the characteristics and color of the product, as well as
deformations.
Reusing the bag for unintended uses is not recommended.
Do not overfill the bag.
Do not use the bag in adverse weather conditions without adequate protection.
Handle the bag carefully when approaching the edge of the paper in the area of the handles.

This declaration only refers to bags in their original form, as provided by INNOVACIONES SUBBÉTICA, and
does not extend to subsequent product changes.
