IICL RELEASES IICL 6 INSPECTION OVERVIEW VIDEO

The Institute of International Container Lessors (IICL) as part of its continued rollout of the IICL 6
Inspection Criteria and Processes has just released its IICL 6 Inspection Overview Video that offers a
primer for the dry container inspection process under the IICL 6.

“Along with the latest edition of the IICL Dry Container Inspection Manual this video provides a new
pathway to simplify and help keep container inspectors up-to-date and educated”, said David Aguilar,
Chairman of the IICL’s Technical Committee.

“The IICL 6 overview video offers the container industry an excellent tool for viewing both the
revised inspection criteria presented by IICL 6 as well as a better understanding of inspection
techniques now adopted by the IICL”, said Gary Danback, IICL Director Technical Services.

the world.”

Additional short videos with a detailed focus on specific areas of the container will be released in the
upcoming months to offer a greater understanding of IICL 6 container inspection techniques that help
to maintain the high quality and serviceability of IICL Member containers.
