Notification
Keeping in view the medical reasons, family causalities and career prospects of the final year
students, the applications are invited for Special Exam to be conducted in August 2023. The
students need to abide by the following rules and regulations for appearing in the Special Exam;

1. The students with medical reasons will be eligible to apply only when they have submitted prior
information (before this circular) to their respective HoDs.

2. The family causalities will include immediate blood relations like parents, children, siblings and
spouse.

3. Eligibility for other students with backlogs;

I. 2023 pass out, in view of the career prospects of the students
II. Any student
III. Whose scholarships are discontinued due to backlogs

4. *All the above students will be considered eligible for Special Exam only on the recommendation
of the concerned HoD.

5. The students shall apply through manual examination form (available in the department) by
depositing a special examination fee of Rs. 5000/- per subject in the account’s office.

6. Last date to apply is 01-08-2023.
