Subject: Urgent Action Required: Submit Consent Letter for Redevelopment of New Tara

To All New Tara CHSL Residents,

This communication serves as a formal reminder and final call to action regarding the
ongoing redevelopment project for our society. As of today, only 50% of residents have
submitted their consent letters, despite multiple reminders. This poses a significant hurdle
in the timely execution of the project, potentially leading to delays and inconveniences for all
residents.

On behalf of the Society Management Team and the Past Secretary, we urge all
remaining residents to take immediate action and submit their consent letters within the
next 3 days. This is a critical step in moving forward with the redevelopment process and
ensuring the timely completion of the project.

Please note:

● Failure to submit the consent letter within the stipulated timeframe will be considered
as non-participation in the redevelopment project.
● This may result in exclusion from the benefits associated with the redevelopment,
such as allocation of new flats, compensation for existing flats, and access to common
amenities in the redeveloped building.
● The Society Management Team and Past Secretary have fulfilled their responsibilities
by providing necessary information and clarifications regarding the project. The onus
now lies with each resident to actively participate and contribute to the collective goal
of redevelopment.

We encourage all residents to:

● Review the redevelopment proposal and address any concerns with the Society
Management Team.
● Attend upcoming meetings or society forums to clarify any doubts and actively
participate in the decision-making process.
● Submit their duly signed consent letters within the next 3 days to ensure the smooth
progress of the project.

Together, we can make our society's redevelopment dream a reality. We urge you to
take this matter seriously and act promptly.
