1. Your gross salary will be Rs. 14000/month + Travel Allowance + monthly Performance
incentive + monthly Performance Bonus + Free Accommodation at Branch + Daily Food
Allowance.
2. You will be considered as probation employee for a period of 3 months.
3. Your broader responsibility will be to develop Quality finance portfolio at SIF, for
Federal Bank with best in class systems and achieve company targets with best asset
quality.
