ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The internship opportunity I had with Model dairy Plant, NDRI-Karnal. was
a great chance for learning and professional development. At the outset of my
six month long In-Plant training, I take this long awaited moment of expressing
my sincere and heartfelt gratitude to Model Dairy Plant for giving me the
opportunity to do our competence training.

I would like to put my thanks on record to Shahi Jahan Wani (Food Safety
Team Leader and Deputy In-Charge of Production) for arranging and
coordinating all necessary communications throughout this internship.

I take this opportunity to express our deepest gratitude and special thanks to all
division heads including Mr. Chaman Sahani (Accounts and Administration),
Mr. Virender Kumar Singh(Processing and Product), Dr. Vaishali (Quality
Assurance Lab), Mr. Ravinder Sidhu (Engineering), Mr. Jatinder Tomar
(Store) who in spite of being extraordinarily busy with their duties, took time
out to hear, guide and keep me on the correct path with advices and guidance
allowing me to carry out my internship at their esteemed organization during
this period.

I express my sincere and special thanks toModel Dairy Plant, NDRI-Karnalfor


always being a helping hand during my internship. It is my radiant sentiment to
place on record my best regards, deepest sense of gratitude to all the Sr.
Executive, Executive, Technicians, Supervisors, Staff Members and workers
etc. for providing useful suggestions, technical knowledge and various skills.
Without their kind co-operation and help this training would not have been
successful.

I perceive this opportunity as a big milestone in my career development. I will


strive to use gained skills and knowledge in the best possible way, and I will
continue to work on improvement, in order to attain my desired career
objectives.
