With reference to the above subject, we wish to inform you that the HP product, as per the details mentioned below, is
being declared as a DOA since this is a brand-new unit.

Service Engineer will visit your premises to get the unit sealed shortly.

Special Instructions to ensure smoother delivery of DOA Services:

A. Please ensure that the DOA unit is sealed by the Service Engineer with all accessories in the packing box carton as
received during purchase. In the event of original packing carton/accessories not being available or defective
during the exchange, HP reserves right to refuse the DOA sales return/exchange.
B. Please ensure that your critical data, upgraded accessories, and software have been removed before the DOA
unit is sealed.
C. In the absence of proper seal stickers in place or the seal stickers being found tampered, the reseller will refuse
acceptance of this DOA box/sales return.
D. Please do ensure to carry the original purchase invoice along with the copy of this letter. This is required to be
produced at the location of replacement fulfillment.
E. If the original Box is not available, then the Reseller is requested to accept the unit with a
different/alternate HP box
F. Onsite Engineer to mention the details of the faulty unit (Serial # / Product # / Model #) on a white paper and
paste it on the box with a stamp.
Terms & Conditions (for Customers Only):
A. Please visit the Reseller/Distributor office (CROMA) for the replacement unit and submit faulty Unit along with
the DOA letter to the reseller/distributor office within 14 Days from Date of Issue of this Letter.
B. Replacement would be provided on priority if it is a run rate model and if stocks are available. For special
configuration and stock unavailability cases, the replacement fulfillment time will vary from case to case [
approximate 6 weeks of duration].
C. Please ensure the new unit issued should be in original sealed packing and with all accessories.
