QAP Recruitment Task

Background
The Anglo, a non-for-profit organisation with over 80 years in the ELT market, has
decided to expand its catalogue of courses and is planning to introduce Spanish
language courses and pre-service Spanish teacher training courses this year. For
this reason, the Quality Assurance Department has been required to:

Set up procedures for monitoring the quality of educational processes.


Gather relevant evidence and data to inform decision makers.
Analyse and interpret the data to generate reports.
Suggest effective action courses to address potential issues.

Task
You are required to give a proposal to set up a quality assurance system for
ONE OF THESE TWO COURSES:

Spanish language course


Spanish teacher training course

Prepare a 15-20-minute presentation to:


outline the main goals of your proposal
suggest data-collection instruments
describe procedures to report
and include any further considerations for the implementation of your
proposal.

You are free to use any visual aids (e.g. PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.) you consider
viable for your presentation. You may want to consult and read the suggested

assurance to help you organise your presentation more effectively .
