GUACAMOLE
Ingredients:
4 pieces of avocado
2 pieces of tomato
1 Onion
Chopped coriander
A pinch of salt
Lime Juice
1 piece of serrano pepper
A quarter of chicharron
100 grams of panela cheese

Preparation:
1. Slice the avocados and scoop in the bowl and mash.

2. Slice the tomato, the onion and the serrano pepper and add in the bowl.

3. Add the lime juice and a pinch of salt, mix all the ingredients.

4. Serve and sprinkle with chunks of chicharron. Spread chunks of panela cheese.

Ingredients:
1 kg of Tortilla de maíz
6 pieces of tomatoes
10 pieces of arbol pepper
½ Onion
2 Garlic
1 lt of water
A pinch of salt
A pinch of pepper
250 ml of oil
250 grams of panela cheese
1 piece of avocado

Preparation:
1. Put in a pot ¼ of oil and warm it up.

2. Cut the Tortilla, add to the pot with oil and fry.

3. For the sauce, in a pot boil the tomatoes, the arbol pepper, the onion and the garlics.

4. Once boil the ingredients blend.

5. In a pot add 30 ml of oil and saute the sauce.

6. Finally, serve in a little bowl the tortillas and then pour the sauce, add the

ENCHILADAS VERDES
Ingredients:
6 Tomatoes
5 Arbol pepper
2 Guajillo pepper
1 Nor suisa
Tortillas de maiz
Oil
Cheese to taste
Cream
1/2 Onion

Preparation:
1. In a frying pan roasting the tomatoes, 1/2 onion and pappers.

2. Then pour the pappers and norsuisa with a little water in the blender an liquefy.

3. Put a casserole with oil and fry the sauce, once it boils, add salt and lower the fire.

4. In a frying pan, fry the tortillas and dip them a little in the sauce.

5. Then serve on a dish and decorate with cream and cheese.

Ingredients:
1 lt of water
100 grams of Jamaica flower
100 grams of sugar
Ice cub

Preparation:
1. In a pot boil the Jamaica flower and water.

2. Once boil, then pour in a jug.

3. Add the sugar and ice cub to taste and mix.

CHURROS
Ingredients:
250 grams of wheat flour
250 ml of water
200 grams of sugar
10 grams of salt
400 ml of oil
Absorbent paper
1 pastry bag
1 bowl

Preparation:
1. In a pot boil the water whit a pinch of salt.
2. In the bowl add the wheat flour, pour the boiled water and whisk all the ingredients.
3. Once the ingredients are a compact mass, add the mass in the pastry bag.
4. In a pot add oil and warm it up, once te oil is hot add a portion of the mass and fry.
5. Once the churros are crunchy put in the absorbent paper.
6. Serve the churros and sprinkle with sugar.
