Reminders:
1. Any unpaid balance after the due date will incur a 10% penalty based on the total current
charge.
2. Payments made after 20th of the month, will be reflected in the next billing. If the payment was
made, disregard the arrears and refer to the total current charge.
3. You may settle your bills using your account number through Maya, GCash, or at any Meralco
Bayad Center.
4. Accounts with unsettled balances on the disconnection date will be disconnected and will pay a
PHP 300.00 reconnection fee. Reconnection is 1-2 working days upon verification.
5. Removal/Forced Unlock of Disconnected Water Meter/ Illegal Tapping is punishable by the law
and will incur an illegal tapping fee of Php 5,000.00 for the first offense.
6. Please review your water bill carefully. If no complaint is made before the disconnection date,
the bill is considered correct.
