Appointment To Housing and Shelter Committee

This is to inform you that you have been serve on the housing and shelter Committee.
This committee is one of the twelve sub-committee whose chairmen also serve as
members of the Centre Emergency Organization.

The terms of Reference for the Housing and Shelter Committee are as follow:

*To ensure that the building supplies are Available in the event of disaster.
*To provide shelter during on emergency and for the homeless after a disaster
*To create a range for the use of building suitable for shelter in all type of disaster
*To Keep an up -to- date list of all approve shelters, and wardens for these shelter.

It is important that we establish how many persons can be accommodated in each


named shelters; and that these building be inspected from time to time.

Portable water, lamps, and matches, and first aid kits must be made available at these
shelters, and arrangements must be in place for cleaning during and after use.
