Sanction is hereby accorded in favour of Excise & Taxation Officer, Excise

Range, Leh-Kargil for procurement of the following office items through GeM portal
under appropriate Object Head during the financial year 2023-24.

The procurement of above items shall be subject to the fulfillment of the following
conditions:
1. The procurement shall be made after adhering to all the codal formalities as
required under GFR/relevant rules.
2. The specification of the devices and its working after installation shall be
checked by the indenting agency.
3. The payment shall be made only after delivery of the items.
4. The expenditure shall be booked under appropriate Head of account with
defined classification and within the funds available with the department.
