- Soft skills are the good traits or habits that makes you as a good employee, like good work
ethics, public speaking, leadership ect… while the hard skills are the skills that you will acquire on
schools, on job and also on experiences.

2. Write a short paragraph that outline your plan during this semester.

- My plan during this semester I’ll be more persistence, have a eager to learn more, and I will put
in my mindset to throw away all of the distraction on my study and not allowing to slow down the
process, towards to my goals and dreams.

3. Why have you chosen this particular area of service? In what ways will your service benefit
your community and the university?

- I choose this service area because I like to be a chef and also be a entrepreneur, I will offer
them a good services and good quality of products.

4. In what ways do you hope to grow from your community service experience this semester?
What new skills would like to develop?

- After community service experience this semester I hope that I’ll be less dependent and be more
diligent. The skills I would like to develop is being thoughtful in any kind of situations.
