In not more than 300 words, describe your observations on students' and school personnels'
health habit and possible health problems that they can acquire inside the school. Justify your
answers with bases.
My observation to the students and school personnel on their health habits is that most people do
not wear face masks when they have a cough or cold and do not eat at the right time.
Apart from not wearing a facemask and using alcohol, it's not bad to be sensitive sometimes,
especially if it's for your own health and the health of others. I notice that even if a person is sick,
like with a cough or a cold, they don't wear a face mask and use disinfectant or alcohol. It seems
normal for them to socialize with people. There is not even any protection to avoid infecting
others. So those who are close to it can also be infected with the disease. Even if there is a
disease, it seems okay for people to sit next to them and talk to them, even if they are sick,
without knowing that they can be infected with coughs and colds, especially since COVID-19 is
still not completely gone. Not avoiding people who are sick can result in more people getting
sick because it is passed on because of people's carelessness. And if you know you can cause
illness to others, avoid it immediately and find a way to communicate safely, and for sure no one
will get infected.
And another health habit of students and school personnel is eating at the right time. I am one of
the proofs that this is experienced by students and school personnel due to successive schedules
like mine, who have early schedule at 7 a.m. because I still need to walk to school from the
apartment, and it's hard to eat too early in the morning because my stomach hurts, so I can't eat
breakfast anymore, just like my classmates. When it's 11 o'clock, that's when we can eat
breakfast, and after that, we go straight to school from 1 to 7 in the evening. So, we can't eat
lunch anymore, or we don't have time to eat. Almost all students and school personnel experience
this not only in the schedule but sometimes there is a lot to be done in the free time and they
forget their own health in food. Sometimes the canteens run out of rice and dishes and have no
place to buy food. Not eating at the right time can affect our health because our body no longer
receives enough nutrition and no longer has a source of energy, which leads to illness.
