Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while making a payment for scrutiny
of my examination results.

On 28/03/2024, I initiated a payment transaction for scrutiny through UPI Of mobikwik . The amount was debited from my account
Mobikwik pocket upi, but unfortunately, the payment is not reflecting as completed in my scrutiny form.

I have attached a copy of the transaction receipt for your reference. I kindly request your assistance in rectifying this discrepancy
as soon as possible so that my scrutiny process can proceed smoothly.

Please let me know if any further information is required from my end to resolve this matter promptly. Your prompt attention to this
issue would be greatly appreciated.
