INVITATION TO BID

Tender NO. HPP-03-2016 for procurement of 220kV Transmission Line Material

National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC), a corporate entity constituted after
restructuring of WAPDA intends to procure material for 220kV D/C Twin Bundle transmission
line from Tarbela to Burhan financed under NTDC’s own resources. Bidding is open to all
eligible Bidders. NTDC invites sealed bids from the original manufacturers / authorized
distributors / suppliers/Contractors etc., registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax
Departments and who are on Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue
(applicable requirement of PEC registration in case of works) for supply of the
following 220kV D/C Twin Bundle transmission line Material.

The bids, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents,
must reach at ( office of Chief Engineer (MP&M) NTDC, 622- WAPDA House, Lahore
on or before 07/09/2016 at 11:00 A.m.. Bids will be opened on the same day at
