INGREDIENTS

for batter:
¼ cup maida / plain <our / all-
purpose <our
½ cup corn <our
½ tsp pepper (crushed)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp vinegar
salt to taste
water as required
vegetables:
1 capsicum red and green (cubed)
3 baby corn (chopped)
2 mushrooms (cut)
10 gobi / cauli<ower (<orets)
other ingredients:
oil for deep frying
2 tsp oil
2 cloves garlic (Unely chopped)
1 green chilli (slit)
4 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
1 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
cde Urstly, in a large mixing bowl prepare
a <owing consistency batter.
ide now add in vegetables of your choice
and coat well with batter.
jde also deep fry in hot oil.
kde stir occasionally, till it turns crunchy
and slightly golden brown.
lde drain oS the vegetables on to the
kitchen towel and keep aside.
mde now prepare the sauce by heating up
oil.
nde add in 2 cloves garlic, 1 green chilli
and 2 tbsp spring onion.
ode saute on high <ame for a minute.
pde additionally, add 1 tbsp chilli sauce, 2
tbsp tomato sauce, 1 tsp soy sauce
and salt to taste.
cqde mix well on high <ame till the sauces
gets combined well.
ccde now add in fried vegetables and give
a quick stir.
cide also add in chopped spring onions.
cjde Unally, serve veg crispy hot as a
starters or along with fried rice.
