sports create better self esteem and self confidence in teens around the world.

Hyeon pushes his sentiment by utilizing evidence from studies that shows the difference in
mental state between teen athletes and teen non-athletes.

Using examples from studies conducted by the authors, Hyeon displays his opinion that youth
sports do in fact positively affect kids around the world with the main effects being seen in self
