2. TAKE A MINUTE TO REFLECT ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE COMMUNICATION.

Communication is the act or process of using words, signs, behaviors

or transferring and exchanging information from one place, person or group of
people to another. In other words, it means sharing information or ideas by
talking or writing and receiving information by listening or reading. It is
basically an interaction between two or more people. Communication plays an
important role in human life and society. Along with exchanging information
and knowledge, it also helps in building relationships with other people.

Communication is a part of our lives whether it is verbal or non-verbal

communication because this is where we can express our thoughts or what
we want to say, and we can also know what our interlocutor wants to say or
express. knowledge of communication will help us to understand each other.
There are different types of communication we use when communicating. And
we use them in different situations.

There are two primary forms of communication: VERBAL and NON-VERBAL.

With verbal communication, people express their thoughts, ideas, and feelings
through spoken or written language. Nonverbal communication uses other
methods, such as body language including facial expressions, gestures, and
other body movements.
In this essay, I will discuss my personal experience in life where I have
applied effective and formal communication, and explain the significance of
understanding and knowing effective communication for us.

During my summer break i needed to earn extra money to support my studies,

so I decided to look for a job, at the first company I applied to, I failed the
interview because I was nervous and didn't know how to communicate
properly, so the interviewer told me to practice more my communication skills.
So I practice the art of communicating properly and in a formal manner. And
after a couple of months of practicing, I tried to apply again and it was
successful because I applied what I studied and learned. I worked in a printing
shop and my role there was as a printer. In order to demonstrate my
professionalism to our clients, it's crucial for me to be both communicative and
formal when speaking with them.
