SUBJECT: Request for the Use of Tents for the HECA Youth Camp

Dear CMT,

Greetings in the name of our Lord!

The Alliance Youth Philippines – Kalinga-Apayao Zone will be attending a 3-day youth
camp with the theme, “Rooted: Grow Deep” on December 27-29, 2023 at HECA Center,
Alfonso Lista, Ifugao. This youth camp aims to develop faith formation and spiritual growth for
our youth.

In this regard, we are humbly requesting the use of your church tents (2) to accommodate
the campers of Kalinga Zone during the said camp. We appreciate your generosity and your
continuous effort to help the youth.

We are hoping for your positive response regarding this matter. Thank you so much and
