I/We understand and confirm that I/we have decided to make use of the API services, after fully understanding its
features, the associated risks with such use of technology, applicable charges and keeping in mind my/our own risk
appetite, liquidity needs and financial position.

I/We hereby confirm that I/We have neither been influenced nor been given any assurance of guaranteed/fixed returns
or any past or expected future return/performance of platform or software or APIs, in any manner whatsoever, by
Software Vendor / Developer or JM Financial Services Limited (JMFS) or by any of their employee(s) or representative
or relationship manager in relation to the platform or software or APIs detailed above.

I/We hereby confirm to have understood that there is no assurance of expected future return/performance of software /
application. I/We further confirm to have understood that there may be limits (number / value of orders / request sent through
API) or limit on use of the APIs (for instance, limiting the number of requests sent to a particular API) manually or via
automated checks to ensure the stability of the APIs or limit on order to trade ratio. I/We also understand that there could be
technical disruptions not limited to network failure, trading systems, telecom providers’ disruption, exchange technical
glitches and other factors where dependency exists on external providers and entities and on which JMFS has no control
over the same. I/We also understand that there could be and would be substantial delay in repairing the breakdown of the
systems stated earlier and there could be loss of opportunities and delay in execution which could lead to substantial losses
and for which I/We shall not hold JMFS liable and responsible for the same. I/We confirm to have understood that such
services will be subject to SEBI regulations [as amended from time to time] and may be withdrawn or modified or
restricted by regulator at any point of time.
