I/We hereby acknowledge and confirm that the balance outstanding in my/our renewed gold loan account as on _______ is

I/We hereby state that the pledge created by me/us on the gold ornaments as mentioned in the Gold loan pledge token
No_________ dated _________ in favour of the Bank shall continue as security for the repayment of the renewed
/enhanced/reduced gold loan availed by me/us on---------- together with interest, costs, expenses and other charges.

I/We undertake to repay the renewed/enhanced/reduced gold loan together with interest @ ________ % with monthly
rests subject to revision by the Bank from time to time without any further notice to me/us and I/we further assure that
I/We shall redeem the pledge within-----------months/years .

I/ We here by confirm that if I/We fail to redeem the pledged articles within the period stated above, the Bank will have the
right to dispose off the ornaments pledged by me/us either by public auction or by private negotiation and to credit the
proceeds of such sale to my/our loan account and that I/We will be personally liable for all the deficit, if any, in the gold
loan account.

I/We hereby further confirm that during the tenure of the loan, the Bank shall have the right to reappraise/verify the gold
ornaments pledged by me/us at my/our cost and I/We shall be responsible for any discrepancy in the purity/weight of the
gold ornaments.

I/We hereby confirm that I/We will bring the required margin within the time stipulated by the Bank in case of downward
volatility in gold prices and the bank will have the absolute right to demand me/us to redeem the pledge and/or to recall
the gold loan forthwith and dispose off the gold ornaments pledged by me/us and settle the dues under the gold loan in
case of my/our failure to bring the required margin as stated above and/or for any other reason whatsoever.

I/We hereby confirm that all other terms and conditions agreed by me/us in the Application for gold loan/gold loan
pledge token dated ______ shall apply mutatis/mutandis to the renewed/enhanced/reduced loan also.
