Many years ago the concept of education in Elementary and Secondary levels, to a large extent, was

centered on the teaching of the three "R/C to enable the children to read and write as a basic
foundation in the building of an enlightened or literate citizenry. The inculcation of moral values also
took a more rigid stanos in the curriculum in our desire to create a society so disciplined and virtuous
Lately, the teaching of Solence and Technology takes a lead role aimed to prepare the

students for a world of work and economic cecurity, seemingly meeting negating the purpose of

Secondary education that of developing students' academic excellence in preparation for college work.

That early the students are hounded with materialistic viewpoints which erode moral values. Truly,
national development is still funding for a more stable correlation with the kind of education we have
today. It is said that the Philippines has the highest literacy rate in Asia, but why do we have to lag far
behind with many of our Asian neighbors in terms of economic growth. What then is the option or
middle ground?

The local school shall design a school plan which will give focus on both values and academic
development of the studentry in preparation for their college work or community life. The PTA and local
government will be consulted on issues to be factored in the plan, and its implementation will be closely
monitored and evaluated by them, through a committee to be created. Indexation of school graduates
will be conducted to trace their whereabouts and status in society they are in. In this matter the school
will not only care for students during their campus life but even beyond.

Glimpse behind the Masterpiece

Our life goes on and on. In the beginning, we opened the door of this institution with great curiosity and
amazement, yet, as years rolled by, it was indeed a momentous period of discovery and realization. The
somnolent attitude that we used to have towards attaining our goals was supplemented by one of
excited interest, because we found out in our amazement that the values which molded us into a better
person and the knowledge we gained are precious things we could harness as the chariot of our dreams.

Sometimes in our lives, we were strengthened by changing fortunes of time. There's always spring,
summer, fall and winter. But because we are wise that no matter how dark the beginning was, our
success had no limits, no doubts, no fears at all and wa eventually reached the sun.

Behind our backs, there were personalities who built the road that we had passed by. Moreover, they
were the ones who concretized the bridges that link the interstice between triumph and failure.

To our dear parents, who lifted us up in times of our downfall, bestowed our essential need and gave us
reason to still move on and continuously find ways to best live, that through their labors, they invested
in the building of our nation's future which will be largely shaped by our labors and visions.

To our genuine educators, who gave us a chance to explore more worlds, who took us in our adventure
and enriched our senses to open a city of never-ending discovery and for knowledge, who clothed us
with good moral characters and taught us to know ourselves more and understand other people better.
To the stakeholders, who in one way or another have contributed much for the
school improvements and put into actions the shared vision and mission.

To the Local Government Unit Leaders, sincere thanks to your generosity as part of our success in
supporting us in every field of endeavor and extending your undying support financially towards the
Pulfilling of the implementations and projects of the school. To our beloved Alma Mater, which served
as a perfect venue for us young

discoverers to fire up our young minds for a better education, we do solemnly swear to

honor and uphold its ideals in all our thoughts, words and actions for us to let our dreams

come true into reality.

Above all, to our Almighty Father who Pilled up our emptiness, blessed us with infinite wisdom,
empowered our spirits to have courage and strength, joy and hope and calmed our inner fears To You,
we give back all the glory and honor

The transition of nights to days reflects our lives, for tomorrow, together we'll witness the sunshine.
