How To Login

 Open URL (https://tbmapps.transasia.co.in:4443/)

 Login Page will open.
 Enter User Name & Password
 Click On Login

1. IOT Sending process- Click on Instrument QR IOT.

2. Enter shipment number for search existing IOT number. And for fresh entry click on new
button.

3. Enter from Org and To Org shipment Number and Date will generate automatically.

4. Select/Enter Item code ,Revision , From and To sub inventory , From and To Serial
Number and Qty .

5. Click on Scan Lot’s button.

6. Scan labels and click on Save.

7. Click on Submit Button.

8. After creating Sending IOT user will have to do Seeded IOT process as below.

9. Enter Same Shipment number in Seeded IOT Shipment number and line Reference
number.

IOT Receiving

IOT Receiving process- Click on Instrument QR IOT Receiving

1. Select IOT number from LOV.

2. Select Shipment number from LOV and click on Get Shipment Number.
And click on Scan Lot’s

3. Scan labels and save data and then do seeded receiving.

SO Scanning

SO Scanning Process
1. Select GST Invoice number and click on Get lines and Lots Button.

2. Click on Scan Lot button and scan labels and save.

RMA

RMA Scanning Process

1. Select RMA number and GST Invoice number from LOV and click on Get Lines and
Lot’s.

And then click on Scan Lots button and scan labels.
