TTXVN, October 31,2021 - Within the framework of the conference from October 31 to
November 12, negotiators will seek to resolve remaining issues since the signing of the Paris
Agreement on climate change in 2015.

Ngày 31/10/2021, Hội nghị lần thứ 26 Các bên tham gia Công ước khung của Liên hợp quốc về
biến đổi khí hậu (COP26) đã chính thức khai mạc ở Glasgow (Vương quốc Anh). Trong gần 2
tuần diễn ra hội nghị, đại diện của gần 200 quốc gia sẽ thảo luận cách thức ứng phó với thách
thức chung là vấn đề ấm lên toàn cầu.

On October 31, 2021, the 26th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework
Convention on Climate Change (COP26) officially opened in Glasgow (United Kingdom).
During almost two weeks of the conference, representatives from nearly 200 countries will
discuss ways to respond to the common challenge of global warming.

After the opening ceremony, officials will solve a series of procedural issues before leaders from
around the world gather in Scotland's largest city on November 1 to deliver efforts by countries
to promote the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and to respond to the impacts of climate
change.

Trong khuôn khổ hội nghị từ ngày 31/10 đến 12/11, các nhà đàm phán sẽ tìm cách giải quyết
