Empower resumes run of a paused sample set if no user response is

received within two hours - WKB30841

SYMPTOMS
• Paused sample set resumes, even though it was altered via Run Samples using "alter running sample set" and the
user did not click Start

ENVIRONMENT
• Empower 2
• Empower 3

CAUSE
The effective pause time is 2 hours 45 minutes. After this time elapses, the Sample Set will resume.

FIX or WORKAROUND
Apply the necessary changes within the allotted time frame.
