2023 Marketing Sales
◼ Total Marketing sales 2023 was recorded at IDR 1.8tn. Residential segment
was the highest contributor with IDR 1.2tn marketing sales with the breakdown
IDR bn as below:
◼ Alam Sutera Residential : IDR 750 bn
5,000 ◼ Suvarna Sutera Residential : IDR 433 bn
◼ Alam Sutera residential sales was driven by The Gramercy and inventory sales
4,500 while Suvarna Sutera’s sales was driven by Basanta cluster and also inventory
sales.
4,000 ◼ Apartment sales was booked at IDR 184bn in which 60% were from Elevee
IDR 3.2 tn Penthouses and Residences, 30% were from Ayodhya residence and the
3,500 remaining was from inventory sales.
