Maintenance – History

Every time a WO has been reported as executed it will be saved as History and Maintenance
Log. In history all the general information and the history comments can be found as
reported in the history field of the WO.
History is written on the component and not on the function.

The history can be found on every function in the function hierarchy which has a component
installed.

Go in AmosW to the correct function in the function hierarchy. Select in the component the
tab “history”. Over here a history can be selected and viewed.

Another possibility to view history is to go to maintenance and select history.

A filter will open and can be used to search for history from a certain WO or for history from
a certain function or equipment on board. The filter can also be used to search for history
written in a certain period. Double click in the start and end field to select the date. After
filling in the search criteria press OK.

In the history window field information can be found such as date done, written by,
component and function of the equipment, the job and WO number.

When right click and details you can see the history as it is written in the history field of the
WO.
