ISSUANCE OF ARREST WARRANT OF THE JUDGMENT DEBTOR

1. That the instant execution petition is pending adjudication before this

Hon’ble Court and is now fixed for next hearing on 19.01.2023.
2. That the JD despite issuance of summons has failed to appear before this
Hon’ble Court and is willfully avoiding and disobeying orders passed by this
Hon’ble Court.
3. That he has wrongly and falsely stated to the Bailiff that he has satisfied the
Decree.
4. That in view of the above warrant of arrest of the JD be issued.
PRAYER
That it is most humbly prayed that this Ld. Court may be pleased to issue
warrant of arrest of the Judgment debtor.
Any other order this Hon’ble Court may deem fit in interest of justice.
