Application by and on behalf of the Decree Holder is as

under:

1. The Decree Holder states that the matter has been posted
for first order before this Hon’ble Court on today’s date.
Hence the Decree Holder wishes to serve notices on all the
Judgment Debtors vide RPAD along with court process at
the address as mentioned in the cause title.

Therefore, it is most humbly prayed before this Hon’ble

Court :-

a. The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue notices

on Judgment Debtors.
b. That, the Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the
Decree Holder to serve/send notices on Judgment Debtor
vide R.P.A.D along with court process.
c. Any other order(s) in the interest of justice may be passed.
