Application & Admission
▪ Application Processing Fee: LKR 10,000 – this is paid when you apply for a programme.
▪ Admission Fee: LKR 20,000 – this is paid when you receive your admission offer.

Year 1
▪ BTEC HND Registration and Annual Fee: GBP 299.00 – this is to be paid within 45 days after the Orientation.
▪ Library Refundable Deposit: LKR 20,000 – this is to be paid within 30 days to gain access to the library. Upon
successful completion of your programme, this fee will be refunded if the library books are not damaged.

Year 3
Falmouth University Registration Fee
This is paid upon receiving Falmouth University’s offer
▪ Option 1: Pay in full - GBP 1,432.
▪ Option 2: Payable within the 1st two months, paying GBP 716 (receiving the offer)
and GBP 716 (2nd month).

Study Option and Duration

▪ Full-time: Classes are typically on weekdays and some during the weekends.
▪ Part-time: Classes are typically on weekends and/ or weekday. The duration may extend by 6 months.
▪ Sessions will be arranged from 8:30 am to late evening. Each session lasts about 2 to 3 hours.

2. There will be special mandatory classes/ seminars/ workshops scheduled during weekdays, weekends or on
holidays for all ‘Study Options’.
3. Classes will be conducted either hybrid (eg. on-campus/ online) or virtually (eg. via the internet).
4. Students must study continuously without breaks until they complete the final year of their degree. Fee changes
will apply if a student takes a break.
5. All prices quoted are in LKR - Sri Lankan Rupees or otherwise currency is stated. (eg. GBP – Great British Pound UK).
6. All payment plans (options) are offered as a benefit for the student to make payments in easy installments. These
installment payments are not considered to be a subscription for any monthly services or classes that are held.
7. Any bank charges or other charges related to payments shall be borne by the student (eg. telegraphic transfers,
bank drafts, etc.).
8. All information on this document, prices and programme curriculum are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Changes in government policies may affect all programmes and fees.
10. Programme fee changes will apply if you change your ‘Payment option’.
11. Any payments made are non-refundable (eg. application processing fee, admission fee, programme fee, etc.).
12. Programme fee may increase annually for ‘Payment Plan Option 2’.
13. BTEC HND students who extend their studies for more than two years will be charged an annual fee until they
complete their BTEC HND.
14. Graduation and Exhibition fees are charged extra Aprox. LKR 90,000.
15. Payment dates will be communicated for the installment payments.
16. Reasonable late fees may apply if payments are not paid on time.
