UNDERTAKING TO BE GOOD BEHAVIOR

We, the resident of GENTY HOSTEL, are writing to express our sincere apologies for our recent
behavior. It has come to our attention that we have not been adhering to the rules and regulation
set forth by MAINTAIN REALTOR/ AGENT SERVICES

We deeply regret any inconvenience or disruption our action may have caused.

Thus,we hereby undertake that we will:

1.Not cause any fight or hinder peaceful cohabitation with our fellow student/ tenants.

2.Not involve in fighting(physical and non-physical)and hurling insults without taking to caution.

3.Not take up any action or decide on our own when anything happens in our hostel or with other
student without informing MAINTAIN REALTOR/AGENT SERVICES.

We hereby acknowledge and understand that if we fail to comply with any of the above,it shall
lead to the dismissal of the person that cause the problem.
