a. I started my career as a Customer Service Manager-
b. Resolving customer grievances, and handling franchisee operations.
c. Further promoted to Service Marketing Officer – Incentive design, Cost
management.
d. Later I was shifted to the Transformation team as an Executive
e. Handling projects, working closely with management consultants and designing
strategy forward.
