Step-1: Open the Cisco packet tracker

Step-2:
select the devices given below:
1. 8 Pcs (SELECT UNDER NETWORK DEVICE )
2. 3 Switch (SELECT UNDER NETWORK DEVICE )
3. 4 Router (SELECT UNDER NETWORK DEVICE )
STEP-3: Connect three pc with the switch using (COPPER STRAIGHT

WIRE-THROUGH)

PC0 TO SWITCH ,PC1 TO SWITCH ,PC2 TO SWITCH

PC3 TO SWITCH ,PC4 TO SWITCH ,PC5TO SWITCH

PC6TO SWITCH ,PC7 TO SWITCH ,PC8 TO SWITCH

Step 5: Then connect Switch to Router

Step 6:
Now connect Router (gigabit ethernet)
SWITCH TO ROUTER
Using (COPPER CROSS WIRE)

STEP 7: ADDRESSING, Click on pc0, pc1, pc2 seperately and give ipv4
addressing
For pc0 – 192.168.10.1
For pc1-192.168.10.2
For pc2-192.168.10.3
For each pc after ipv4 automatically subnet mask will be produced
which will be 255.255.255.0

Step 8: Then also we have to address in default gateway for all pc

192.168.10.10
Then close
Step 10: open pc, select the command prompt,
Using ping and type the given address and run the program to get output
for each.
