Part 2:
You should say:
∙ what it is
This topic reminds my habit of watching Tiktok. Every night I usually lie on bed and
spend hours and hours browsing social media especially the channel which is called tik-
tok
∙ why you do it
To be honest I have no idea how I have got into this habit probably since tick-tock
suddenly suddenly went viral and now is to consider an a phenomenon in on the Internet
initially I just wanted to check for what is interesting about this app so that I can gossip
about it with my friends. After that, all the so-called relevant or trendy contents aura also
featured in my newsfeed and I just mindlessly scroll through them all, one by one it is
when I randomly glance at the clock that I realize almost 2 hours have passed
It’s undoubtedly that this habit is a fruitless effort. Some hilarious videos on TikTok
might bring me joy but this kind of pleasure tends to be short-lived. The moment I stop
watching, it with just vanish into the air. Scrolling aimlessly through these tiktok content
seem to be an unhealthy way as it make me stay up late just because I am too addicted to
this app and sometimes I’m exposed to on Kies out negative content, causing my mood
down.
Perhaps it’s the reasons why I have felt stressful and anxious more often recently. It’s
time for me to do something about it maybe I will delete this app and try to establish a
more healthy routine

MAC Cosmetics launch a new line of lipsticks so I couldn’t help myself and decided to
buy it.
Initially I just wanted to buy a cheap lipstick with a limited of 200k vnd, however I
wanted Mac lipstick so much that I still went for it and this lipstick priced at 600,000
Vietnam dong which cost me an arm and leg.
Although it was much more expensive than I expected but I was still happy with my
decision to buy it. After all Its quite worthing you know. Is delivers a glossy color with a
luscious blend of good-for-lips ingredients. It makes my lips softer and
smoother. Furthermore, MAC is one of the most famous brand in the
field of cosmetics so the quality cannot be undouted. And this lipstick
can be an item that I can show off with my friends
∙ and explain why you think you spent more than expected

stop myself from worrying and overthinking. It was such a nerve-cracking experience

2 months, now make it a regular fitness activity. Spend at least 1 hour a day
Since we live together, I know this habit very well sometimes I will doing gymnast with
her. What is a pity that I haven’t been able to work out very often because I was up to the

flex bamboos into thin strips for the frame. Kites can have shapes as diverse as that of a
dragonfly or a butterfly -> the second step is the covering of the frame. I had done it with
paper. Athough silk materials would be more dủrable, I dont have enough sources to

and smile.
Then according to the Vietnamese tradition they serve wine to the parents of both sides
My sister’s parents were wearing a huge smile on faces and it was
such a delightful moment since I had known them after ages.
In addition, my sister had also invited a famous comedian for the
entertainment of the guests who was making everyone burst into
laughter with his hilarious jokes.
Lastly, there were dozens of cameras all around and to ensure they are

celebration

some kind

she only returns when the son has already slept or he isn’t at home and changes her
ragged clothers
Time passes by until the day the son discovers all the truth
As for the reaons why I like it, it was an advertisement dedicated to the mothers and it
reminded us that the toughést job of the world is the job done by Mothers. They took care

Describe an occasion when you were not allowed to use your mobile
phone
Part 2:
And of course, cell phones are not allowed in the test, to ensure that no one gets
an unfair advantage by cheating. If your phone makes a noise, or if you are
seen using it at any time, including during breaks, you may be dismissed from
the examination immediately, and your scores will be cancelled without
exception.
I myself had a bad habit of always going on the internet on my phone to make
sure I got the right answers when doing the practice tests at home, so during the
exam, I constantly had a burning desire to reach for my phone but obviously it
was just a thought and I didn’t dare to do it. However the feelings
of uncertainty about my results were haunting me and made me really
nervous, and it wasn’t until I handed in my papers and checked the answers
when I got home, was I able to feel calm again.
From this experience, I realized that I do rely too much on my phone. And
although it’s a great tool to assist studying I do think we should learn how to be
more confident in ourselves and our knowledge without having to look at our
phones all the time.

The equipment I would like to mention here is the microwave oven which brings about
great change to our lives I think is the most useful equipment we have in the kitchen
Mom
The microwave oven has many functions necessary for a family’s daily cooking such as
roasting beef, boiling porridge, steaming rice, defrosting frozen stuff and even baking
caké. Compared with traditional cookers it has many advantages -> when you cook you
don’t suffer from the smell of smoke and oil any more
another advantage of the Microway oven worth mentioning is that it offers more healthy
dishes as the nutrition in vegetables or meat can be maintained to the greatest extent->
most importantly everything has become simpler and less time consuming you just push a
button set up the time and wait for your delicious food

Today, I'm going to talk a law in my nation that I believe is highly effective. It is a law
that prohibits people from throwing trash in public areas
∙ what it is
I learnt it on channel VTV a few months ago that this law had been passed following the
Environmental Protection Conference. It states that littering is not permitted in public
places, particularly tourist destinations. Anyone caught throwing garbages in such areas
will faces a fine of between 1 million and 5 million Vietnamese Dong, which is a
significant sum of money. If a person is reported to have broken the law, the person who
reported it may, of course, get a bonus of course, with proper evidence only.
Some people were reported after the law went into effect. Citizens have been discouraged
from littering trash anywhere they choose due to harsh penalty and media criticism.
In addition, several of Vietnam's most popular tourist destinations have had their
breathtaking views and natural environments protected. There are also less complaints
from tourists about the amount of rubbish on the beach, such as used cans and bottles.
The most important thing is that citizens' knowledge of environmental protection has
increased significantly.
