Virginia: Hello Jesly and Cristian

Jesly: Hello, Virginia

Cristrian: Hello girls How are you?

Virginia: This week I had my worst sports experience

Jesly: How did it happen? Tell us

Cristian: What happened?

Virginia: It was a sunny morning at a tennis tournament. My friends and I were excited
to start playing and winning as we had spent days practicing. When I started the game
my shots didn’t go as expected and I made many unforced mistakes.

Jesly: How did you feel?

Virginia: I was very frustrated which caused me to lose concentration, time was
running out and we had a very low score. My opponent played impeccably and quickly
defeated us. I was very disappointed and embarrassed by my poor performance. I
spent days blaming myself for ruining the game because of my bad pitches.

Cristian: Virginia calm, do not feel guilt, I am sure that practicing more every day your
performance will grow, encouragement, mistakes are learned.

Jesly: So we will always be there to support you.

Virginia: It was definitely an experience that made me reflect on my level of

preparation thank you very much for your support guys, you are the best.
