COMMUNICATION PLAN
FOR
EXPANDED FACE-TO-FACE CLASSES
I. Introduction

As a rural school situated in () Elementary School has survived into challenges in the distance
learning set-up, particularly the modular learning modality. Teachers, stakeholders and most
especially the learners, long for an environment with an interactive learning, collaboration and
forthright feedback mechanism as well as a system. In order to address this, the school considers its
intention of engaging in face-to-face modality this coming School Year 2021 – 2022.

The Face-to-Face Communication Plan will serve as a direction for the school in
communicating various school activities in multitude of platforms even during pandemic especially to
the stakeholders. With the assistance from the Division Office, the school will adhere to stringent
conditions as well as policies emphasized by the Department od Education along with the
Department of Health through JMC 01, s. 2021 re: Operational Guidelines in the Implementation of
Expanded Face-to-Face Learning Modality and will continue to develop, implement, monitor and
evaluate a comprehensive strategy in ensuring, implementing and reintroducing a safe learning
environment for the learners upon the opening of classes.

II. Objectives

1. To provide information and updates regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and associated
school impact in a timely fashion.
2. To engage our school community and seek input from representatives from all
stakeholders in the reopening of face-to-face classes and safety planning process.
3. To educate, inform and train students, parents, staff and other stakeholders on new
COVID-19 safety protocols and the use of COVID-19 Reporting System in school.

III. Opportunities
