Background of the School and Its Community

LACUPAYAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL with the School ID of 125455 located at


Barangay Lacupayan, Tigbao, Zamboanga del Sur, which is 27 kilometers away from
Pagadian City which composed of 7 teachers handling the Kindergarten to Grade 6.
There are 7 classrooms used for academic instructions conducive for learning.

Based on the enrollment in the recently concluded School Year (SY) 2019-2020, the school has a total
enrollment of learners from Kindergarten to Grade Six. For this SY 2020-2021, the school has enrolled 93.51%
of the previous learners administered remotely in adherence with the modified enrolment guidelines defined
in D.O. 8, s.2020.

Strengths Weaknesses

delivery modalities to be implemented for this level/graduate, 42% HS level/graduate,
SY 2020-2021. and 46% Elementary level/graduate.
 
 The BGU/LGU of Tigbao has a heart to help
by all means in support to the DepEd in the
delivery of Basic Education Services amid this
public health crisis.

Caluma Elementary School have come up to this Learning Continuity Plan
Implementation Roadmap (LCPIR) in order to support the programs of the
Department of Education for the good of the educational service to our learners.
This has been formulated according to the result of the Learning Enrolment Survey
Form (LESF) that has been accomplished by the parents of the learners.

Protect the health, safety and well-being of learners, teachers, and personnel,
and prevent the further transmission of COVID-19;
• Ensure learning continuity through K-12 curriculum adjustments, alignment of
learning materials, deployment of multiple learning delivery modalities,
provision of corresponding training for teachers and school leaders, and proper
orientation of parents or guardians of learners;

• Facilitate the safe return of teaching and nonteaching personnel and learners to
workplaces and schools, taking into consideration the scenarios projected by the
Department of Health (DOH) and the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of
Emerging Infectious Diseases in the Philippines (IATF), complemented by other credible
sources, and balanced with DepEd’s own risk assessments;
• Be sensitive to equity considerations and concerns, and endeavor to address them the
best we can; and
• Link and bridge the BE-LCP to DepEd’s pivot to quality and into the future of education,
under the framework of Sulong EduKalidad and Futures Thinking in Education.

This LCPIR is designed to attain the following goal and objectives:
 
GOAL:
Prioritize learning and continue the provision of Access, Quality and
Liberating Education under the New Normal of Basic Education due
to the COVID-19 threat environment in school year 2020-2021.

OBJECTIVES:
1. To prepare the school for the actual teaching and learning activities during the opening of classes.
2. To develop comprehensive plan on the continuity of learning through flexible learning delivery
options using different modalities (localized and contextualized) with emphasis on distant learning.
3. To ensure that the school head and teachers are prepared to deliver the basic services to the school and other
stakeholders even during the time of emergency.
4. To effectively and efficiently deliver the “Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELC)” to ensure quality
education.
5. To ensure adherence to policies and guidelines set by DepEd, LGU, DOH, IATF, and Office of the President to
safeguard the safety and well-being of learners, teachers and stakeholders.
6. To strengthen the capacity of teaching personnel in providing the required and essential knowledge, skills, and
values to all types of learners.
7. To capacitate the school personnel in formulating, implementing, and monitoring and evaluating their School
Emergency Plan or School Learning Continuity Plan.
8. To design a modified class and master program on blended learning modality.
9. To maximize utilization of available funds from the school MOOE and others.
10.To ensure strong partnership and collaboration among various stakeholders.
