modify your brain by putting yourself into discomfort and using it as a propeller to move you into an
action.

The greater quantity of our experience significantly diminish its quality. We don’t completely engage in
the activity we’re experiencing. By doing this, we’re making them less enjoyable and fulfilling. Also, we
may miss important details or nuances in our experience.

Living life at a faster rate lead to overstimulation or overwhelm. We don’t give ourselves enough
downtime or space to process our experiences; thus, making them more meaningful or memorable.

Paying less attention negatively impact our happiness.

Get intentional with your attention. The modern day devil is distraction. When we distract we feel
distracted, we fill unfulfilled because we’re giving away our power to other people’s purposes.

Intention is to infuse purpose to each and every moment of your life.
