Greetings!

Dear dr goran you reffered this case to another dentist that i dont mention here,
he had only done scaling and polishing to the pt and asked him to complete his
other next appointments in another clinic,then the pt showed up in my clinic and
completed the treatment as i mention below.
after checking the oral condition of the Pt we found out the he needs
some extractions and cavity fillings
the Pt attended
The clinic on( 30-7)
at (2:00) Pm ,we did extraction and teeth fillings by composite, the whole
procedure took about 3hrs ,during the procedure the pt faced little nausea and gag
reflex ,he also has limited mouth opening, after we had finished the procedure , we
asked the pt to wait outside for about half an hour to make sure he has no any
complications!
We had taken blood pressure for him it was ( 120/70) before the procedure
And we priscribed( amoxicillin 500mg) after the treatment for decrease post
operative inflammation and infection.
