Attendance Guideline:

The Training Center has a responsibility to take and maintain an accurate attendance register of all
student every day during term time.

The trainer takes the class attendance at the beginning of the day’s session. The trainer circulates an
attendance sheet to all the attendees to write their names (in case the names are not typed) and sign
against their respective names, under the training date column. Candidate’s signature is considered as
candidate’s presence in the class.

If a candidate has not attended the training without any prior information, the trainer marks him Absent
“A”. However in case the candidate has informed of his absence to the trainer in advance , the trainer
marks him “L”, signifying “granted leave”. In case of sick leave, the candidate brings the “Sick leave
note” on the consecutive day of his absence.

In case the trainee is absent for two consecutive days, the trainer informs the training center director
who informs the relevant account manager to inform the candidate’s employer/company.
