Onboarding Process

Once an offer is made and accepted.

Agree a start date.

Share Legal Documentation including a contract which covers elements including IP ownership
and policies.

Sign, return and file.

Tech setup - Set up a Google Workspace Account for the new team member, then meet with the
new recruit to explain the Google Workspace options and test tech set up for Hangouts or Zoom.

First work assignment created by CEO and HR Volunteer.

Induction meeting with CEO - This will cover an introduction to Eatiful, confirmation of the role
and responsibilities, clear expectations outlined, and a deep dive into the first work assignment
and deadlines.
All team members will be invited to and included in the weekly planning sessions and weekly
retrospectives. In this way they become part of the Eatiful remote team and can get to know
colleagues.

Meeting to explain ways of working and initial assignment.

Reviews - review meetings will be organised at the following intervals - end of first week, end of
second week, end of first month and then monthly. The frequency of review meetings should be
determined by the complexity of the given task. A one-week interval is recommended for tasks that are
relatively easy to accomplish. However, for more challenging tasks, it is advisable to conduct additional
reviews to assess progress, such as scheduling meetings twice a week (Wednesday and Friday). Also,
if the deadline is close, the additional review should be scheduled.
