Why did you apply for the company?

The company is founded in 2012, which can be relatively considered as a young company, and its size is
about 10-50 employees. I think, it is a great opportunity to improve myself as a recent graduate in a
dynamic and small environment. You have international clients from USA to Malaysia, also during my
Master’s we did a change management presentation with my friend from Malaysia to the company
whose owner is my friend based in Malaysia. We did two interviews to identify the targeted point that
needed to change. Our questions ranged from compensations, rewards and policies to stress
management.

Why did you study WOP?

I am interested in the factors playing crucial roles in an employee’s daily life and job performance. I did
not see specifically employees mental health in terms of well-being and work psychology in the
beginning of my study, later I thought that this field is more promising since many people can get easily
burnout, which is the state of that they do not productively work, even they are physically at the office,
their focuses have never on the daily tasks.

Aim=

Work and Organizational Psychologists aim to make the workplace more productive, equitable, safer for
every employee.

I gained many professional skills through the courses, for example, we did many presentations during
my study, some of them were individual and others were team work. Thus, I’ve experienced working in a
team effectively and when it is an individual work, I’ve experienced doing it on my own, finished the job
independetly.

Business Development=
