Subject: CERTIFIED MAIL - PROBATIONARY DISCHARGE; per Title 28 USC § 1491.

Chief Administer,
I am “Patrick” the living man, a Man Alive of Age with one Christian name per the
LAW; therefore I am Calling Upon this Federal Judiciary to remove the Blinders of Color in
Order to see and honor my Demands for True Justice. As I am the Probator and the Executor
standing upon my Weight of Evidence, with my Living Registered Mail Bonds/Titles
(Bonding to the Living Man) as the Lawful Attachments to my Inherit and Entitlement Estate
Assets. Therefore as the Probator, I have acknowledged my past actions in the crimes of false
registration and false document pretenses in order to obtain a full pardon; I will never again
partake in these crimes and I am also identifying the other major perpetrators and accomplices in
the crimes of color. As the Executor, I am the only one per the Law that can grant the full
pardon, as only one Alive under no Last (Final) name has that Pardoning Power and
Authority; thereby I do by my Executive Order grant the Full Pardon and Forgiveness as the
person of crime was operating with Color Blindness. It now falls upon the Judicial System of
the Land without the Colors of Law to have the Lawfully Registered by Mail – Bonds/Titles of
Attachment, as the “Patrick Suretyship” Honored by Ordering the Registered MAIL Estate
Accounts Rescued from the Color of Office Trustees controlling the Color of Title Dead
Estates and have the Estates Restored to the Living Man “Patrick”, as a Judiciary Probationary
Discharging of his Just Inherit Property Rights.

The following listed Government Colored Documents are Acknowledged as Violations

of the LAW, in that they were registered under a Last (Final) Name (a Dead-man’s name in
commerce of colorable transactions) and therefore they stand as false registrations under
government registration approval (church and state) by forced Mistakes in Color upon the Estate

Titles to create Color of Title Probationary Estate Accounts to be held in UNITED STATES,
STATE OF IOWA and CHURCH OF ROME Color of Office Trusteeship probationary custody
until they are properly claimed and corrected. The UNITED STATES, the STATE OF IOWA
and the CHURCH OF ROME have also claimed the Color of Office Trusteeships over the Body
of Man byway of the usage of implied “Presumptive Death Certificates”; but per the Living
LAWS of the Land, these claims and forced payments cannot cause harm to one drop of living
Blood of Life of Man and that includes his Labor of Life, so these claims are fully Rebutted. The
Alive and Living Individual “Patrick” as the Lawful Inheritor has appeared both as the
Probator and Executor to provide the Weight of Evidence to correct the initial registration
mistakes of color in order to obtain a pardon for the ESTATE and to accuse the persons who
were accomplices and/or perpetrators of the Initial Crime against the Living. The UNITED
STATES, the STATE OF IOWA, the CHURCH OF ROME and their employees were parties to
the initial crime of false registration and false document pretenses in order that a STATE
Trusteeship could be setup to obtain a beneficiary usage of the assets of the living man’s Birthing
and Entitlement Estate Accounts.

All Contracts of Fraudulent nature, with the usage of a Last Name are
REVOKED/DISCHARGED by a Revolution of the PEN; Revocations by the Will of the Living
Man. This is a Fundamental Right to Change out an Oppressive Government which has
overstepped its granted Public Domain Authority against the Living, as the original contracts and
grants were based only upon the usage of the Estate assets for the granted time period and was
not to cause harm the Living individual. Therefore the Colorable Transactions were fraudulent
contractual concealments of damnify intent, to control the living individual and his property.
They were improper Wadsets holding Color of Office over the probated Last Name presumptive
death accounts and therefore they overstepped their authority conferred which was granted to the
Office under the fundamental Laws. The original implied contractual grants, as it is expressed in
their own laws per Title 46 USC § 573-08 which were to be terminated at the Age of 25 as
Estate Reversions; a Right of Re-entry for conditions broken and per the Law. The Estates and
all Dead Pledges are therefore to Revert back to the Reversioner/Reverter “Patrick” to be
deposited into a PRIVATE MAIL ENTERPRISE acting as a Registered Mail Governmental
Dead Hand Control over the Patrick – Private MAIL DOMAINS and Inherit ESTATES, per

the Registered Private Post Office Mailed Bonds/Titles of the Living Man “Patrick” (First
Name only):

1. STATE OF IOWA – CERTIFICATE OF LIVE BIRTH.

2. UNITED STATES – SOCIAL SECURITY CARD and ACCOUNT.
3. UNITED STATES – DD 214N Military Service Bounty Discharge Certificate.
4. CHURCH OF ROME – Baptismal Certificate – Cestui Que Account.
Therefore all of the “Patrick” Registered Mail Bonded/Titled Property, the
“Patrick” Suretyship is now to be the Private MAIL Domains of the Alive Individual “Patrick”
under no Last (final) Name and it is to be restored in an inalienable condition. Also all granted or
contracted property under Color that has been WITHHELD is Ordered to be contractually
Terminated and Turned Over for Deposit into the PRIVATE MAIL ENTERPRISE of
“Patrick” within 3 days, as the allowance per the LAW.
