of the Letter of Attestation granted in my favor by MARIA CRISTINA ZORRILLA, daughter

Legaspi, Tacloban City, in representation of the interests of the late ISTANISLAO DE LA

hereby name, constitute, and appoint ISABELO I. DE LA CRUZ, Filipino, of legal age,
married, and a resident of San Jose Tacloban City, Leyte to be our true and lawful attorneys-in-
fact, for us and in our names, places, and steads, to do, execute, and perform all or any of the
following acts,
deeds, matters, and things, to wit:

To ADMINISTER AND TAKE CARE of the real properties under our co-ownership in
the Islands of Leyte and Samar, particularly in the Municipality of Sta. Rita, Basey and the City
of Tacloban;

To ENTER INTO LEASE CONTRACT AGREEMENT/S with any person, entity,

institute or company involving the said properties or any portion thereof; To SECURE THE
SERVICES OF A LAWYER to give the required legal assistance in respect to the administration
and lease of the same properties; TO RECEIVE AND HOLD IN TRUST for us our shares in the
proceeds of the lease of the same properties or any portion thereof; and

To SIGN, EXECUTE, AND DELIVER DOCUMENTS, AGREEMENTS, AND OTHER

WRITINGS of the nature or kind relevant to the authority as herein stipulated.

 HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the
foregoing authority to sell, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if

confirming all that my said attorney or his substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
